We had no clue about what we were looking for in our wedding. We got engaged on the third day we met and walked into Ascot House on the 5th day booking the wedding day with Terry. From wedding Official to DJ, we needed everything put together and had no idea where to start. Thanks to Terry and his exp erience in this industry, he accommodated us and provided guidance along the way. The courtyard and the reception turned into a little fairy land on Friday, April 10th. We were complimented multiple times about the choice of venue and atmosphere. We received wonderful feedback from family and friends on how lovely, professional, and creative the staff were. The food was excellent , good lighting, delightful table set up and the superb service received from all the staff was fantastic. Ascot House and all the staff involved in our wedding made us feel a part of their family, and made sure we were taken care of. No one wanted to leave …we could not have had a more perfect wedding day!

To whom it may concern, As mother of the bride I feel compelled to express my appreciation at the way this event was handled. I cannot fault anything at all in your presentation of this reception. I have received nothing but praise as to the way this function was handled. Starting with the canapés through to the dessert. Everything was presented beautifully and the staff were wonderful. I cannot recommend your venue highly enough. The night proceeded beautifully. The only fault is that it went too quickly. Once again thank you for a wonderful evening.

Dear Terry and all the staff at Ascot House, Thank you for the congratulations and the well wishes! You will be pleased to know that Bernhard and I received nothing but positively glowing feedback from my family and all of our guests about the wedding and the service provided by you and your staff. Terry, as I have mentioned previously, your level of service is fantastic and not only met, but exceeded Bernie’s and my expectations. Nothing was ever a problem for you, no request was too great or small and you always made us feel looked after and positive about the wedding plans right from the start. Your colleagues including Sarah and Minh have also been very helpful, as well as the waiting and kitchen staff on the night. My mum was so impressed she made an effort to personally thank you guys on the night. I am her third (and last) daughter to get married and she has said that my wedding at Ascot House was the best she has been to out of all of her three daughters’ weddings. The ceremony was set in beautiful surroundings, there was a slight hiccup with the music at the start but otherwise everything ran smoothly – I would suggest starting the music only when the bride appears! The reception was organised well despite the bridal party arriving a bit late- you guys were able to work around us which was good to see. All the guests loved the food, the antipasto entree and both the pork and steak mains received praise, and there was plenty of food as well. The steak was very tender. All the guests raved about the dessert, saying how delicious the warm date pudding was, and how well the trio of desserts complemented each other. One last thing, Bernie also wanted to mention that he wishes Terry all the very best for his studies and would love to be kept posted about his progress.
